You will be responsible for turning long-form content into high-performing short-form at scale.

You’ll work directly with core team members and founders, receiving hours of long-form content every week — podcasts, presentations, trainings, live sessions.

Your job is not to “edit everything.”

Your job is to:

• Identify what matters
• Extract what hits
• Package it so people actually watch

This is a thinking role, not just a technical one.
